The following are some of the most common questions we get from clients as they look to get started with us.

At Elias Sports Performance, we keep our adult training groups small to ensure each individual receives the attention they need. Our adult groups have no more than 12 participants per session.

Similar to our adult groups, we maintain small group sizes for our athlete training programs as well. Our athlete groups contain no more than 9 participants per session.

The average age of participants in our adult training groups typically ranges between 40 and 60 years old.

We welcome young athletes from the age of 10 years old in our training programs.

We divide our athletes based on age to provide age-appropriate training. Athletes aged 10-14 fall into our Youth Sports Performance program, while those aged 15 and above are placed in our High School/College Sports Performance program.
