HARRISON ELIAS

OWNER & DIRECTOR

Harrison received his Masters of Strength and Conditioning at Springfield College. During his career he has trained NCAA Division I athletes, Olympic hopefuls, brought people to the gym for their first time, and everything in between. His passion for training athletes drove him to open Elias Sports Performance, and he cannot wait to help you exceed expectations!

MIKE RIEGER

COACH

Mike graduated from Central Connecticut State University in 2015, with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, where he also ran cross country. Mike also coaches high school track and cross country but has worked with athletes from many different backgrounds and sports. Mike is passionate about helping, both adults and athletes reach their highest potential of health and performance.

CJ

COACH

CJ holds has an MS in exercise science from Merrimack College. Prior to joining ESP CJ worked at Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning where he honed his expertise in functional strength training and injury prevention for adults for the last decade.

Loryn

Facilities Director

A Glastonbury native, Loryn is the Facilities Director here at Elias Sports Performance. All the behind the scenes things you can think of that makes ESP a healthy and clean place is all Loryn! From painting the whole facility, to cleaning every square inch of the gym, Loryn works her butt off while attending Southern New Hampshire University full time! Always a friendly face, if you see Loryn don’t forget to say hi!
