Harrison Elias

Owner & Director

Harrison received his Masters of Strength and Conditioning at Springfield College. During his career, he has trained NCAA Division I athletes, Olympic hopefuls, brought people to the gym for their first time, and everything in between. His passion for training athletes drove him to open Elias Sports Performance, and he cannot wait to help you exceed expectations!

CJ Harper

Head of Operations

CJ holds has an MS in exercise science from Merrimack College. Prior to joining ESP CJ worked at Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning where he honed his expertise in functional strength training and injury prevention for adults for the last decade.

Mike Rieger

Performance Coach

Mike graduated from Central Connecticut State University in 2015, with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, where he also ran cross country. Mike also coaches high school track and cross country but has worked with athletes from many different backgrounds and sports. Mike is passionate about helping, both adults and athletes reach their highest potential of health and performance.

Loryn Oporto

Facilities Director

A Glastonbury native, Loryn is the Facilities Director here at Elias Sports Performance. All the behind the scenes things you can think of that makes ESP a healthy and clean place is all Loryn! From painting the whole facility, to cleaning every square inch of the gym, Loryn works her butt off while attending Southern New Hampshire University full time! Always a friendly face, if you see Loryn don’t forget to say hi!

Anastasia Gaudreau

Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Anastasia is a strength and conditioning specialist, as well as a certified USA weightlifting L1 coach. She holds an MS in exercise physiology; strength and conditioning from CCSU and has experience working with the general population as well as collegiate and Olympic level athletes. On top of coaching here at ESP, Anastasia currently works at Post University and focuses on proper technique, strength building, injury prevention and return to activity after injury. She is passionate about integrating her education, skills, and experiences from working with elite athletes, to the general and older population.

Cara DiMercurio

Health and Human Performance

Cara received her BA of Kinesiology with a Health and Human Performance focus from Saint Mary’s College of California where she played D1 Softball. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Hartford, working hands on with patients of all populations. Cara is dedicated to creating a safe, motivating environment and developing effective injury prevention strategies to implement for the clients of ESP. HARRISON ELIAS
